The 2019 York Early Music Festival celebrated 500 years since Leonardo da Vinci, with sparks symbolising the bold, inventive spirit of early music.
A visual identity that blended classical references with a modern, playful edge—reflecting the energy and adventurous spirit of the festival. From bold typography to abstract illustrations, the design felt fresh, distinctive, and full of character.
We rolled this identity out across everything: printed brochures, posters, banners and all the digital assets including social media graphics.
